Thursday, November 16th (2:00PM), I will explain, in front of the 17th (TGI?) Correctional Chamber of Paris (Law Courts of Paris, 4, Du Palais Blvd, free admittance) in what manner Mr. Alain VIVIEN, President of the Fight Against Sects Interdepartmental Mission, is one of the active accomplices in the politico-mafiosi network that murdered 72 people in 1994/1995.

Friday, November 17th, on TF1 (10:50PM), on the TV program SANS AUCUN DOUTE (without a doubt), hosted by par Mr. Julien COURBET, following an interview with Raymond BERNARD (Ex Grand Master of AMORC), I will relate how the French Government has ordered, committed and used the murder of 72 members of the Solar Temple Order in 1994/1995 in order to justify its totalitarian politics of persecution toward the spiritual minorities and alternative movements. A new world order where the mental confusion will disappear, where peace and love will prevail and where the Human Rights will be really fully respected.

Since 1994/1995, the European public opinion, Swiss and French in particular, has been cleverly manipulated by the way of media to justify the theory of an "esoteric collective suicide" which would explain the death of 72 members of the Solar Temple Order "sect" in Switzerland (October 94) and in France (Vercors, December 1995).

In the name of this "collective suicide of a killer sect", informal political networks and State subsidised associations (ADFI, CCMM) justify the acts of "sects' hunt" conducted jointly by Mr. Alain GUYARD (PS) and Mr. Jean-Pierre BRARD (PC), respectively President and reporter for the Investigative Parliamentary Commission On Sects, as well as Mr. Alain VIVIEN (PS), President of the Fight Against Sects Interdepartmental Mission attached to the Prime Minister.

The truth is something else entirely.

The 72 members of the Solar Temple Order, who died in Switzerland, Quebec and in France between 1994 and 1995, have been murdered on the order of French politicians, more specifically Mr. Charles PASQUA (ex-RPR).

The murder has been engineered and implemented by French Government's public workers, more specifically agents of the General Direction of Foreign Services (DGSE, ex-SDECE, in other words the espionage service of the French Army, moreover involved in the ELF and Rainbow Warrior affairs).

Since 1995, the French police (Cdr Gilbert HOUVENAGHEL, Judiciary Police), the examining magistrate Luc FONTAINE (Vice-President of the Grenoble's Great Proceedings Tribunal), the two judiciary "experts" in this matter, the spy-journalist Jean-Luc CHAUMEIL and the psychiatrist Jean-Marie ABGRALL, manipulate information as well as the judiciary investigation, in order to hide to the civil parties and to the public opinion the reality of the facts and lead them to believe in an indefensible theory of "esoteric suicide". This theory is used to hide a knowingly wanted real premeditated murder by individuals totally alive today and known to the justice.

More specifically, 3 magistrates of the Court of Appeals of the French Republic, Mr. Paul GOMEZ (President of the Criminal Division), Mrs. Dominique COMMARET (General Attorney) and Mr. Christophe SOULARD (reporter) have acted knowingly in order to protect the people responsible for this collective murder, by refusing to withdraw the case from the Examining Magistrate FONTAINE, in spite of the overwhelming evidence of his objective complicity with the murderers.

In general, ghosts do not make death threats to police officers nor examining magistrates who investigate on their deaths. However, judge Luc FONTAINE declared having received death threats during his investigation. And since M. Luc FONTAINE is amongst the cowards who prefer to stay quiet than to risk his career, he falsified his investigation.

Generally, honest and concientious judiciary experts do not go to psychosociologists who doubt their expertise and threaten them for attacking their physical integrity. Even so, M. Jean-Luc CHAUMEIL came to me on Sept. 13th to try to convince me that his thesis and the one of his accomplices judge Luc FONTAINE, police officer Gilbert HOUVENAGHEL, and psychiatrist Jean-Marie ABGRALL was the right one. And M. Jean-Luc CHAUMEIL, before 5 witnesses (2 lawyers, including Maitre Sabine PAUGAM, a judiciary police officer, a TV journalist equipped with a discrete cassette recorder, and our friend Joël LABRUYERE) ended his intervention during this private meeting (that he was informed of through tapped telephones), by threathening me that he would "get back to me" in case I was ever doubting his claims.

I must add that on this day, this same M. CHAUMEIL, who tried to intimidate me by his presence, looked terrified himself and I will not mention how confused his speech was.

Of course, a proceedings will begin against M. CHAUMEIL, for threats, by Maîre Jean-Pierre JOSEPH of the Grenoble Bar, Maître Sabine PAUGAM and Maître Igor de PLATER as witnesses.

Since 1989, following the falling of the Berlin wall, russian secret services have tried to find new financial income means by selling nuclear products abroad. The French army has served as the go-between for the transfer of contracts of nuclear reprocessing by multinationals, namely an entreprise from Quebec. This type of contract implies the involvement of occult committees that serve, for one, to pay senior civil servants and, second, to finance French great political parties. But to manage these large sums of money requires the intervention of banks capable of acting at the international level.

It was the case of the Solar Temple Order.

Moreover, the secret services of different super powers use as their current workings " secret funds " supplied to them in the beginning of the year. These funds are placed on the international financial market and bring substantial interest returns that otherwise don't exist in the public accounts (since they come from " secret funds "). The interests that arise from this administration are used as "stock-options" to the senior civil servants who manage these secret services and, of course, as financial contributions to popular political parties. There again, the OTS served as a system of para-banking management.

To understand this case which significantly reflects how trashy French politics is, one must know that, for several decades now, the French politics has been essentially financed by 'black' money supplied by different mafias.

Globally, this money comes from the oil industry (ELF, Africa and the governments of Gabon, Cameroun, etc), drug deals in which politics ferociously maintains its criminal character (PASQUA, Maroc), slot machines (PASQUA, large number of slot machines) and finally, weapons' deals (political committee on Leclerc tank sales to arab countries, international trade of nuclear fission material). And to manage these huge money deals that reflect these types of activities, there needs to be "suitcase carriers".

The masonic lodges of all allegiances, initiation organisations and the church orders (AMORC, ORT, OTS and many others), all appreciated by our african friends who are always fascinated by beautiful togas and the crosses of "white magicians", have been manipulated throughout the history of the 5th Republic by managers of occult politico-mafia funds, who are generally put as heads of these organisations officially labeled "spiritual" and from whom ordinary members serve as smoke screens behind which lie criminal practices.

The murder of the 72 members of the Solar Temple Order is the punishment inflicted to the "suitcase carriers" (DI MAMBRO) themselves too greedy and who have embezzled millions of dollars from Swiss banks to Australia. In the world of organised crime, a suitcase carrier who engages in blackmail practices (denouncing this whole 'black market', or the political sponsors) is eliminated very quickly. And so are all his surroundings who have knowledge of this scam. And to disguise a crime into a suicide is far less dangerous especially if, on top of it, it serves as a deterrent to other "suitcase carriers".

But no one among the sponsors of this assassination cartel had predicted that amongst the victims, there would be family members of a wealthy industrialist (M. VUARNET), himself defended by a fierce lawyer. No one had predicted that there would be a stubborn journalist and immuned against phone tapping as well as death threats (for security reasons, he remains anonymous to this day), a psychosociologist accused without proof of being a cult member (myself), or an author and artist who defends victims of this cult witch-hunt (Joël LABRUYERE) all of whom would undertake to shed some light in this whole affair.

Let it be known here that there is no line drawn between organised crime and political life in France and this, perhaps since a long time ago. And since there are no lines, a few clever and powerful gangsters use the complex wheels of the State of the Republic to manage their criminal affairs by paying a small number of political accomplices and by scaring a large number of cowards. To do so, these clever gangsters justify their actions "in the name of the State's right", by using the Fraternity and Masonic lodges of different churches (which does not imply that all Freemasons are dishonest : many of them these days have helped us in our actions - many thanks to them).

But one of the attributes of cowardice is dishonesty. And when the wind turns, fear has a different meaning : today those who know and remained cowardly quiet since 95 are no more afraid of gansters as they are of those who investigate and reveal the truth. Fear has switched sides and, to this day, a journalist and myself are overwhelmed by all the testimonies that still come to us.

The whole convictions that reached the small working party that I have been animating for several months on this OTS case, is based on agreeing declarations of different agents of the French State (Police, Army) and of different esoteric company members.

The French justice can serenely process none of these testimonies: actually, the former, just as many police services, is used for criminal purposes by different politics and gangsters that seek in every possible way to hush this OTS case up.

As a Freemason, even a magistrate, is put under oath to act jointly with all his "Brothers", Freemason magistrates, with a few exceptions, protect their "brothers", even when they, themselves, are recognized criminals: to them the Masonic oath has more value than the laws of the Republic.

And because the percentage of Freemason magistrate today is very significant, the French justice has lost all credibility in the processing of this case. This is how one can find in the same Masonic fraternal group, Dr AGBRALL, expert in the OTS case and the attorney of the conductor TABACHNIK, accused by the judge FONTAINE to serve as a scapegoat while being protected in advance from all annoying consequences.

To date, the OTS case stands before the European Court of Human Rights, where I am represented by lawyer Sabine PAUGAM (attorney for the contaminated blood case, candidate of Life Policy in June 99 for the European elections, she worked with us on the case of the vaccines against hepatitis B). In addition, Sabine PAUGAM is just dealing with the case of one of the associated private parties in the OTS court action. We currently study with different attorneys the possibility to carry this affair before the International Penal Court of The Hague, considering the implication of several French ministers, policemen, soldiers and magistrates.

French citizens will do have to decide one day to wash the trash cans of the 5th Republic - we are here in basic ecology - and to choose between democracy or mafia: here is henceforth the true debate, well beyond the right/left battles. What democracy do we want and how do we accept to finance it?
We do not have the answer and therefore invite only the public to debate on this theme.

In the meantime, I will remind you that in order for one day to have a forgiveness of the versed blood, justice must be administered, with acknowledgement of the victims and responsibilities of the perpetrators. Then, these sirs would be better off avoiding at the moment to speak about amnesty for "businesses". Before asking for forgiveness, one must have the courage to recognize what it is and to assume the consequences of one's acts. Cowardice also has a price.
